Satya Jyotish provides Vedic astrology consultation services based on traditional
methods including:
- Birth chart analysis (Kundli)
- Planetary period analysis (Dasha system)
- Transit predictions
- Gemstone recommendations (where applicable)
- Career, marriage, and life guidance
3. Service Packages
We offer three consultation packages:
- 💬 Vani (Voice Consultation): ₹499 - 15-20 minute voice consultation for one
specific question using Prashna Kundli (horary astrology) technique.
- 📊 Purna (Complete Life Reading): ₹999 - 30-40 minute comprehensive birth chart
analysis covering career, marriage, health, and financial prospects using Janam Kundli.
- ✨ Vishesh (Special Extended Consultation): ₹2249 - 45+ minute specialized session
including:
- Marriage Matching: Compatibility analysis of bride and groom charts using
Guna Milan (36-point matching), Manglik dosha check, and auspicious wedding timing (Muhurat)
- NRI/Foreign Consultation: Visa approval timing, foreign settlement
prospects, career opportunities abroad, relocation guidance

- Family will verify payment and confirm your appointment
- Consultation will be conducted via phone call at scheduled time

5. Payment Terms
- Payment Methods: UPI, Bank Transfer, or NEFT/IMPS

- Booking Confirmation: Your slot is confirmed only after payment verification
6. Cancellation & Rescheduling
By Customer:
- 24+ hours before: Free rescheduling or full refund
- Less than 24 hours: Rescheduling allowed, no refund
- No-show: No refund, no rescheduling
Auto-Cancellation: Bookings without payment are automatically cancelled after 72 hours.
You'll receive reminder emails and can re-book anytime.
By Satya Jyotish:
- In case we need to cancel/reschedule: Full refund or free
rescheduling to your preferred time
7. Code of Conduct
During consultations, we expect:

- Punctuality: Be available at scheduled time

❌ NO REFUND - If:
- Consultation has been completed
- You provided incorrect birth details affecting predictions
- You cancel less than 24 hours before scheduled time
- You were a no-show (didn't answer call at scheduled time)
- You are dissatisfied with predictions (astrology is advisory, not guaranteed)
- You requested refund after receiving consultation
2. Refund Process
- Request Refund: Contact us via WhatsApp (+91 81538 70584) within 24 hours of issue
- Provide Details: Booking ID, payment screenshot, reason for refund
- Review: We will review your request within 48 hours
- Approval: If approved, refund will be processed via original payment method
- Timeline: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
3. Rescheduling (Alternative to Refund)
If you prefer rescheduling instead of refund:
- Free rescheduling: Available anytime before 24 hours
- Contact us: Via WhatsApp with new preferred date/time
- Confirmation: We'll confirm new slot within 24 hours
4. Service Quality Guarantee
If you are genuinely unsatisfied with consultation quality (not predictions accuracy), please:
- Contact us immediately after consultation
